Hal Logan, tenor, lead vocals
Hal is a professional percussionist, composer and director. Hal lives in Portland
with his wife, actor Mindi Logan, and their two cats. In addition to a constant stream of music compositions
and recording projects, Hal also teaches Music Technology at the University of Portland. Hal received his
Bachelor's of Music in vocal eduation, and Master's of Music in composition from the Lionel Hampton School of
Music, University of Idaho, Moscow, Idaho. Hal as provided professional set drumming and percussion work in bands
and performances across a wide variety of genres. He has performed and arranged professional vocal solo and ensemble
works. Hal has created a vast repertoire of original compositions, songs, and advertising music.

TJ Arko, bass
T.J. Arko, a professional musician, licensed massage therapist, and an amateur magician,
lives with his wife and 2 kids (not cats), in beautiful Portland suburbia. He performs with many groups around town,
including 3 Leg Torso, Fools In Paradise, and Infinitia Art Ensemble. He has a B.S. in music (focus on classical
percussion) with a minor in psychology. He also writes music, records projects in his studio, is an on-call
studio musician, and teaches group and private lessons for drum set, classical percussion, guitar, bass guitar,
and magic.

Tom Robinson, baritone
Tom is married to the talented garden writer, Barbara Ashmun, now
living in Portland with their two cats. He earned a full music scholarship at WVWC college playing trumpet in orchestra,
symphonic band, jazz band and brass ensemble, and earned spending money playing with a jazz combo and with several big bands.
After college, he was soloist in the First Army Band for three years.
Tom now has a recording business

and quartets, but still plays trumpet
in several jazz bands around town, and is vocalist with the Carroll Rahm Swing Orchestra. Tom has sung in numerous
quartets including Gusto, the comedy quartet Spare Time and Pacific Harmony (which performed locally in the
Shoestring Players' the Music Man). He sings both tenor and bass with The Dickens Carolers, and is soloist with
the 1st Unitarian Church Chamber Choir. Tom has two married childern, and three adorable grandchildren.

Gary Shannon, tenor
A prominent member of the Portland choral community, Gary Shannon graduated
from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Music in Composition and Education with highest honors in 1979,
having written two musicals and an opera as an undergraduate. Immediately moving to Portland Oregon, he became
the musical director for “Unicorn Theatre”, “The Musical Company” and “Cabaret Magnifique”. Later, he became
music director and arranger for The Dickens Carolers, then guest director and arranger for The Oregon Repertory
Singers in 1992, and then vocalist and counter-tenor soloist with the internationally recognized
“Choral Cross-Ties”.
An accomplished actor, Gary has won numerous awards.
Gary was recruited for tenor solos for Oregon Symphony Orchestra’s concert version of Bernstein’s
“Mass” then again for Gershwin’s “Porgy and Bess”, and “Chichester Psalms”.
Currently Mr. Shannon is contracted as the tenor section leader for the Portland Symphonic Choir, the music
director for The Rose City Timberliners Men’s Chorus and the music minister, choir director, organist, pianist
and soloist for St. Timothy’s Lutheran Church. He lives in the Lents neighborhood in beautiful Portland,
Oregon with his wife and two children. They do not have two cats.
